A Comme des Garçons Homme Plus black single breasted blazer with a notched lapel. The avant-garde jacket has deconstructed sleeves that are attached to the torso of the jacket with three small fabric straps that reveal a black silk with white pinstripe interior lining. The cuffs of the sleeve reveal the lining with a rolled-style cuff. The jacket has two buttons for closure and to flap pockets on each side. There is a small breast pocket on the left side of the jacket.
