A vintage Vicky Tiel black cocktail dress with the iconic Vicky Tiel ruche please detailing along the bodice which has a sweetheart neckline and interior boning for support. The dress has a glamorous lace long sleeve that buttons at the neck with a mandarin collar to create a cut-out detail in the bust. The lace has black sequin throughout the lace to add a sparkle to the delicate craftsmanship of the lace. The skirt of the dress has a wrap like detail that hits right above the knee and an invisible zipper down the back of the bodice.
