An Emanuel Ungaro textured black hammered satin tiered pleat strapless party dress. The pleats of the dress create a ruffle curving down the body to create a flattering curve to the eye. The dress is an ode to the iconic "Party Girl" ruched and ruffle dresses Emanuel Ungaro created in the 1980's.
