Heatherette Puff Sleeve Mini Dress 2001

From the 2001 Heatherette Debut collection - a black puff sleeve stretch dress with rhinestone embellishments. The dress has slashes all over the front, a plunging back with lacing all the way up.

French Small (Model Size) but it has stretch up to a big Size Medium - for measurements please inquire
