A Helmut Lang grey cotton t-shirt dress with a webbed harness under the bust. The harness has a weathered metal plate under the right arm and it is stamped Helmut Lang. The webbed belt wraps around the body to create an asymmetrical loose empire waist. Circa 1997 - 1998.
