An Issey Miyake black silk blouse with an asymmetrical drape detailing that cascades down the front of the shirt. The blouse has a fold over "bib" that can be buttoned at the left side of the color or left undone to reveal the v-neckline. When the "bib" is buttoned up the collar of the shirt has a high collar appearance.
