Mugler Navy Blue Mini Dress with Silver Hard Ware Details

A Mugler navy blue bodycon style fitted mini dress with silver hardware detailing. The dress has black straps with two horizontal silver hardware bar details and sleeves to create a "cold-shoulder" look. The dress has a black belt at the high waist with vertical silver toned bar details on the left and right hip. From the Mugler by David Koma Spring / Summer 2016 runway collection the navy version of Look 20.
