Vicky Tiel Black Chiffon "Laurel Flower" Beaded Bustier Gown Dress

A vintage Vicky Tiel black chiffon that floats over a jersey strapless evening gown with a black beaded bustier with tiny rosette and sequin details. The gown has a black chiffon pleat detailing down the front of the bodice with boning within the bodice interior. The gown has an invisible zipper down the back of the dress and is floor length.
